Elevated Arc Schedule your free 15-minute call

LLC Setup

Start your LLC.

Please don't include any ID numbers. Don't type your Social Security number, EIN (tax ID), bank account or routing numbers, card numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, passwords, or logins. I don't need them. You type those into the IRS, state, or bank site yourself.

Hi, and thanks for thinking of Elevated Arc! Tell me a little about your business and where you plan to form your LLC. I reply within one day, weekends included, with next steps and your quote.

About LLC Setup

  • What you get: LLC formation guidance for VA, MD, or DC, an EIN walkthrough, a bank account checklist, a local license checklist, a first-year deadline calendar, and a 30-minute handoff call.
  • Price: $295 (Founding) or $420 (regular), paid in full upfront, before work starts.
  • You file and pay the state yourself, in your own accounts. State fees are not in my price. EINs are free from the IRS.
  • Not included: legal or tax advice (including which business type or state to choose), operating agreements, registered agent service, or a business plan, domain, or business email. For a plan or email too, see Business Setup.
  • No promise of state approval dates. The state sets its own timing.

What happens next

  • I read your answers and reply within one day with your quote and agreement to sign online.
  • I email your formation guide within 5 business days after two things have both happened: your form has come in and your payment shows as Paid in Wave. Business days are Monday to Friday. If I can't meet that date, I'll email you a new date.
  • Sending this form doesn't commit you to anything.

How I use your answers

Your answers are used only to set up your service. I use business AI tools (model training turned off) to help with first drafts, and I review and finish every word myself. Your filed papers and ID numbers never go into AI tools.

About you
Your business

Example: 1. Bright Corner Wash LLC 2. Shine On Wheels LLC 3. Reyes Car Care LLC. I check each one on the state's public name search.

A sentence or two is plenty. Example: Mobile car washing for families and small offices.

Where you'll form it

Which state will you form your LLC in? (required)

I can't tell you which state to pick, since that's a legal and tax choice. If you're not sure, a lawyer or tax professional can help you decide.

Example: Prince George's County, Greenbelt. This tells me which local business license applies.

Owners and agent

How many owners (members) will the LLC have? (required)

With 2 or more owners, I'll suggest you also talk with an attorney about an operating agreement.

Do you have a registered agent? (required)

A registered agent is the person or company that gets official mail for your LLC. Each state requires one. I explain your options in your guide.

Timing

Example: January 2027. The state sets its own approval timing, so I can't promise a date.
